This large 4-bedroom family holiday home is perfect for your next family retreat. On the ground floor, the home boasts a sleek modern kitchen featuring a convenient walk-in pantry. The two expansive lounge areas offer plenty of room for family gatherings and relaxation. A large workspace/office makes it possible to work or study from home if needed. The three bedrooms on this level all feature ducted air conditioning and blackout blinds or curtains, providing an excellent environment for restful sleep. The master bedroom houses a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers one double-size bed and one single bed. The third bedroom comes with a double-size bed. The modern laundry includes a washing machine and a dryer, with a separate entrance leading to the backyard.

This property boasts an awesome pool.Due to environmental factors such as the weather, leaf debris may occasionally be found in the pool, a pool scoop is available for your convenience to help remove any debris. Additionally, guests may be contacted during their stay to schedule pool servicing so as to maintain regular upkeep.This pool will be tended to by a professional contractor every four weeks to ensure that it remains in pristine condition.

Please note that this property features an upper and lower deck and outdoor steps, and as such, guests must exercise caution when using this elevated space. Children must be supervised at all times to prevent accidents or falls, whether from the deck or any other elevated areas within the property.

Lastly, for your peace of mind, the pool area is fully fenced for safety purposes, and guests are expected to follow all safety guidelines and rules provided by the host. Supervision is required at all times, particularly for children and non-swimmers, to ensure that everyone can enjoy the pool area responsibly and safely.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
