Guests will have exclusive use of the entire home during their stay. You’ll have full access to all areas and amenities, including the kitchen, living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor areas.

While we take every preventative measure to minimise their presence – including regular spring cleaning, pest control treatments, and secure food storage – their occasional appearance is something we cannot fully control and they may surface during your stay. If this occurs please feel free to use the bug spray in the kitchen or reach out and we'll happily assist to rectify this where we can.
