Meet the Team

We created HostYou to bridge the gap between owners and guests.

HostYou was born when Kate and Michelle joined forces, bringing together more than 18 years of combined hands-on experience in short stay accommodation.

After years of working in the industry, we saw an opportunity to create something different. A fresh approach that puts people first, where owners feel supported, guests feel welcomed, and every stay is thoughtfully delivered from beginning to end.

Over the years, we've welcomed thousands of guests, worked across a wide range of properties, and experienced firsthand what makes a stay truly memorable. We've watched the short stay industry evolve and understand the details that turn a good guest experience into a great one.

But HostYou isn't just built on experience. It's built on a shared passion for hospitality, genuine connections, and doing things differently.

We're a modern, energetic team that believes short stay accommodation should feel personal, effortless, and enjoyable for everyone involved. We combine proven industry knowledge with a fresh perspective, creating seamless experiences that guests love, and owners can feel confident about.

Director

Neda Lennon

Operations Manager

If you could instantly master one skill, what would it be?
The ability to switch my brain off.”

Neda keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, bringing the same organised energy to the team as she does to beating you in a race or a bowling match. Outside of work, she's all about the outdoors. Beach days, hikes, and roller skating with her daughter fill her weekends. She's a self-confessed cheese addict who'll never say no to a good local café run (Two Slices and C-Breeze are current favourites), and when it comes to dinner out, Gionvivio in Scarborough is her go-to.

Izzy Green

Operations Assistant

What is your favourite food or guilty pleasure snack?
“Since moving to Perth, I’ve become a Maxibon addict - even in winter.”

Izzy took the leap of moving from the UK to Perth without ever setting foot in Australia first, and she hasn't looked back since. These days you'll find her chasing down a good sunset at the Sandbar with a glass of wine in hand.

She's never met a new restaurant she didn't want to try, though Kilo Bakery in Padbury has her heart thanks to their pizza. Her ultimate comfort watch is EastEnders, which she somehow manages to keep up with daily despite (in her own words) having the memory of a goldfish.

Chloe Hawker

Operations Assistant

What is your favourite TV Show?
“The best TV show will forever and always be friends. I can watch it no matter the time or day.”

Chloe brings a bit of a global perspective to the team. If she could master any skill overnight, she'd love to get creative with painting or drawing, and if she could have a superpower, it would be speaking and understanding every language, perfect for making friends wherever she travels.

A cold can of Coke Zero is her go to guilty pleasure, and when it comes to eating out, Light Years and their eggplant bao buns have her heart, alongside coffee runs to Little Laika in Karrinyup.

CJ Sansano

If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?

The power to instantly understand any language. Imagine being able to connect with anyone in the world without anything getting lost in translation.”
CJ is the definition of an early riser, his internal clock is punctual to the point of being annoying (his words), and no weekend sleep in has ever changed that. He puts all that extra energy to good use too, splitting his free time between freediving, running, pickleball, and the odd spontaneous road trip.

Lead Guest Services

Dianne Dizon

Guest Services

What is your favourite food or guilty pleasure snack?
"Dubai chewy cookies. No explanation needed.”

Dianne is a mermaid at heart, if she's not out freediving, she's dreaming about it, and breathing underwater is hands down her dream superpower. Her bucket list of dive spots reads like a wishlist too: the Great Barrier Reef, Apo Reef, Indonesia, and the Maldives are all on there.

When she's not chasing new depths, she's out running, curled up with a good crime documentary, or working away with WWE SmackDown playing in the background (she's a proud Rhea Ripley fan).

Angelique Cafe

If you had a superpower what would it be?
Time travel! Because 24 hours a day is simply not enough”

A former cheerleader and team captain, Angelique brings that same energy to making sure every guest feels right at home. When she's not helping travellers plan their stay, you'll find her recharging on the weekend, catching up on her favourite shows (currently deep in her Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon rewatch), or hunting down the best ice cream in town — she has zero self-control when chocolate's involved!
